Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible to achieve assigned targets by Dept. Head Sales/Head TBD, under following categories

Fee incomeFloat incomeDeposit in non-checking accounts / GL / Main Operating AccountsOn-boarding customers on Transaction Banking services / Customer PenetrationVolume / Throughput

• Update of sales pipeline and physical visits on potential/ important existing clients.
• Responsible to prepare/ supervise Cost Benefit Analysis, Proposals for all respective clients.
• Work closely with Dept. Head Sales to cross sell BOP products to existing and new to bank customers.
• Conduct regular session for the guidelines/ follow-up/ trainings / awareness / discussion with all business segment / units.
• Responsible for completion of all documentation of TBD clients as per Audit/compliance & operation point of view.
• Actively contribute to the successful growth and profitability of the portfolio of client relationships by monitoring and managing the transaction banking aspects.
• Manage the origination, structuring, negotiation and documenting of transaction banking solution sets for assigned moderate to complex client and prospects.
• Closely working on Zero income or revenue decreasing clients to increase the revenue on regular basis and raise red flag on changes in portfolio.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum MBA or relevant degree from HEC recognized local/ foreign university/ institute.

Experience: Minimum 07 Years of relevant experience in banking sector.

Age: Up to 55 years as of October 09, 2026.
